Writers happiness Exercises

Free on Substack; supported by the Mola Fund.

Five Minutes a Day to Access More Writing Time, Creative Flow, and Joy

Now on Substack! These weekly happiness prompts for writers start with a quote from a thinker, creative, or philosopher, and then segue into an exercise. They are not traditional writing prompts, although many of them involve writing. Rather, they are designed to help you access more creativity, a more spacious sense of time for and around your writing, and a remembrance of who you are as an artist and human. They are only five minutes long so they won’t cut into your writing time, because that’s precious for all of us.

Writers Happiness Exercises on Substack are free for all writers because they are supported by the Mola Fund, a communal pot made up of small donations from anyone who wants to assure that all writers have access to writing support and community, without money determining who gets that and who does not. Becoming a paying Substack subscriber supports the Mola Fund.
